1. reservations

. Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the tour.

. To confirm the booking, a deposit of 50% of the total tour value is required..

Full payment must be completed at least 24 hours before the start of the tour..

Reservations are subject to availability. INSPIRECOSTARICA will confirm by email or WhatsApp within a maximum of 24 hours.

2. cancellation policy by the customer

. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance; 100% refund of the amount paid, minus administrative fees (if there is any)..

Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the tour; 50% refund of the total amount paid.

3. date changes

. Date changes are allowed without penalty with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.

. Changes made with less than 48 hours' notice will be treated as a cancellation and a new booking.

. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice or no-shows; no refund will be given.

4. cancellations by Inspire Costa Rica.

. In case of extreme weather conditions, safety reasons, or force majeure, Inspire Costa Rica reserves the right to cancel the tour.

5. no-show policy

Customers who do not show up on the day of the tour without prior notice will lose 100% of the payment.

6. refunds

All refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days using the same payment method used.

6. additional recommendations

. We recommend taking out travel insurance that covers unforeseen cancellations.

Out of respect for the group, punctuality is essential. The tours leave at the exact scheduled time. (Exceptions are made only in cases of unforeseen circumstances or with prior notice.)
